As they say.........i have arrived. At my sister's house about 1.5 hours from dc. Just walked to the bus stop at the end of the road to the house 2 get my niece. Apparently an adult must be present or the child cannot get off the bus. Perhaps i shouldn't have worn my sunglasses. The bus driver asked me to take them off and confirm i was the uncle. A good thing in todays world.

Diagnosis: scaphoid break- fracture. Foxy doxy is putting the cast on his arm now. Then a ct scan and then home......... The distict comes back in a week 2 c how healing is and then they'll decide if surgery required.

Well, imagine my surprise this morning; while doing my jane fonda, the phone rings and it's the district. He is still struggling with his internet access and I haven't taken the time to teach him mobile blogging yet so I am adding yet another post on his behalf. The most appropriate name for this blog might be Chimney Fall II, but per instructions, I have amended the title. It shall now be called, "Between U and Me," so sayeth Lord RJ of U Street. The web address for that name is also taken so MyUStreet.blogspot.com shall remain.

I was asked to mention that he won't be mobile blogging until he secures a new camera phone as the quality of his current device is inadequate. I'm guessing the sort of 'chimney' pictures that will end up on this blog are unlikely to lose their blogworthiness due to the picture quality. ...just sayin'.
